jpegtosvg.com processes uploaded images to convert them into SVG files. Free-user files are designed to be removed after 24 hours. Paid account history, API usage, billing records, and support messages may be retained as needed to operate the service.

Uploads and conversion results

Uploaded files are validated by type and size, processed for conversion, and can be stored temporarily for preview and download. Production deployments should use private object storage and malware scanning.

Account and billing data

We store account details such as name, email, plan, usage limits, usage count, API keys, conversion job metadata, contact leads, checkout status, and revenue records in Prisma. Stripe handles card numbers and payment method details.

Authentication uses secure HTTP-only cookies. We also use preference cookies for language and cookie choices. If advertising or analytics are enabled, Google and other partners may use cookies to serve, measure, and personalize ads where allowed by your consent and local law.
